Removal of undue content and reporting of use
TRIA SOFTWARE will use its best efforts to promote any internal investigation aimed at removing content, provided at the request of the injured party upon presentation of the reasons and indications that certain content violates the laws and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site. In the event of finding or sufficient evidence that certain content violates the provisions mentioned above, TRIA SOFTWARE may, at its own discretion, without any notice or notification to the USER, remove the abusive content or suspend the offending USER’s account. TRIA SOFTWARE provides the email marketing@triasoftware for the treatment of cases of abuse. For the abuse notice to be considered valid, the USER must specify the following data, whenever applicable:
1. Specification of the alleged illicit activity that occurred on the website, and, in particular, when dealing with alleged copyright infringement, precise indication and full list of copyrighted and allegedly infringing content;
2. Facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit character of such activity. The complainant’s name and email address will be sent to the site’s moderators.

TRIA SOFTWARE disclaims any liability for damages of any nature that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of the website’s operation. TRIA SOFTWARE IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE IRREGULAR USE OF THE CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THIS SITE, OR BY THE INAPPROPRIATE USE OF THE RESOURCES OF THIS SITE BY THE USER. This Term and Conditions of Use determines how the pages of TRIA SOFTWARE may be used by the user, establishing rights, obligations and penalties. All published content is moderated, and comments will be removed that:

1. Are defamatory, fraudulent or misleading.
   2. Are aggressive, offensive, obscene, prejudiced, discriminatory or contain profanity.
   3. Violate any intellectual property rights of TRIA SOFTWARE or third parties.
   4. Violate any law, rule or regulation.
   5. Contain advertising of any nature.
   6. Quotes third-party brands.
   7. May be harmful to third parties and to TRIA SOFTWARE, but not limited to them.
   
   

In the cases described above, TRIA SOFTWARE has the right to immediately block and/or remove the comment/content from the air, as well as exclude the user, without the need for prior communication and any compensation or reimbursement.
The content of any texts, links, messages, photographs, videos and files in general, published by users of the TRIA SOFTWARE Page, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the author of said post, without any liability, joint or subsidiary, in any capacity, of TRIA SOFTWARE.

TRIA SOFTWARE is not responsible for any damages, of any nature, that may arise to third parties, as a result of conduct by the user of the TRIA SOFTWARE Page that is inappropriate, offensive, or, in any way, contrary to current legislation.
