TRIA SOFTWARE brings to the market a technology product that automates the process of sending/transmitting SPED files, creating a robot that validates the data of the files generated by your ERP that, when identifying errors during validation, stores the errors in a directory found for you to consult and correct them. If validated without errors, the file is transmitted to the Federal Revenue Service, a digital signature is made and a receipt is saved (also in a directory) of the successful transmission.

A robot programmed to make the SPED file transmission process, previously done manually, faster and more agile by automating it. XML recovery

The automatic solution to recover XML files 

TRIA SOFTWARE uses RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology, in which a robot is programmed to carry out the entire XML file recovery process. With the birth of the Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital (Public System of Digital Bookkeeping or SPED) and the mandatory delivery of Escrituração Fiscal Digital (Digital Tax Bookkeeping) for ICMS and IPI (EFD ICMS/IPI) and PIS and COFINS (EFD-Contributions), Fisco has all the information necessary to avoid data crossings between accessory declarations and XML files.

HOW?

1. Customer provides or extracts from SPED FISCAL a list of NF-e/CT-e keys.
2. A robot is programmed to retrieve the XML files.
3. Delivery is made of all retrieved XML files to the customer.

There are two types of REGISTRY SANITATION: Sanitation of Customer and Supplier Registration and Sanitation of Items, Products or Materials. Let’s find out more about each of them!

1. Sanitation of Customer and
Supplier Registration

In the Sanitation of Customer and Supplier Registration, we use RPA technology, a robot software that consults the companies’ registration data, as well as the situation of the CNPJ and State Registration in public sources such as the Federal Revenue and Sintegra websites and compares it with your company’s database.

The updated data can be imported directly into your ERP through integration between the systems (service contracted separately) or a file can be generated in a format compatible with your ERP.

2. Sanitation of Registration of Items,
Products or Materials

The participation of registered professionals (tax, fiscal and tax consultancy) is required in the Sanitation of Registration of items, products or materials, as this depends on a thorough analysis in order to guarantee the uniqueness of items and materials in the register already existing in the ERP.

We use the Padrão de Descrição de Materiais (Material Description Standard or PDM), which is included in a national rule. The PDM contributes to the creation of a registered and organized registry, so that all data is easily accessed and updated.

3. After generating the Collection Receipt, it is available for download on the Dashboard or, through bank integration, the Receipt is already placed for automatic payments in your bank through CNABs transmission files.

We create RPA modules (robots) to automate standard tax processes in any type of company, so when choosing one of these ready-made modules there is no development cost present in projects started from scratch, which makes the investment more accessible.

We have a specialized support team which is always prepared to keep the robot working if there is a need to update or maintain it, for example, due to changes in tax legislation. This service is included in the monthly fee for using the Fisco manager solutions.
