TRIA SOFTWARE brings to the market a technology product that automates the process of sending/transmitting SPED files, creating a robot that validates the data of the files generated by your ERP that, when identifying errors during validation, stores the errors in a directory found for you to consult and correct them. If validated without errors, the file is transmitted to the Federal Revenue Service, a digital signature is made and a receipt is saved (also in a directory) of the successful transmission.

A robot programmed to make the SPED file transmission process, previously done manually, faster and more agile by automating it. One of its great differentials is that this automated system can be activated at any time, ensuring compliance with deadlines for delivering the SPED file and saving operational resources, IT infrastructure and contributions of fines incurred due to late delivery of files.

Our contract is valid for 12 (twelve) months, and may be canceled at any time with 30 (thirty) days prior notice, without fines.
We create RPA modules (robots) to automate standard tax processes in any type of company, so when choosing one of these ready-made modules there is no development cost present in projects started from scratch, which makes the investment more accessible.
We have a specialized support team which is always prepared to keep the robot working if there is a need to update or maintain it, for example, due to changes in tax legislation. This service is included in the monthly fee for using the Fisco manager solutions.
